Shot a doe with the kid

Took the wife and kid to the blind...main goal was a buck for Kari, but shot a doe early for the kid, B loves it. Kari did get a chance at a really good 5x5 whitetail, but could not see her pins very well. she made the right call and decided to wait another day.
