And regardless of what federal laws are, firearms become a sticky situation. There isn’t a one size fits all. Not all states follow the same federal guidelines and you open yourself up to multiple interpretations and jurisdictions. Especially once you cross state lines. What may be legal federally may not be legal within the states you are functioning in and vice versa, what may be legal in your state could still open you up to federal illegalities. Your best bet is to not look to the internet, but to look at the licensed agents within both jurisdictions and go from there. They will have the best advice. Their license depends on it.
