Seth Bodnar - independent US Senate candidate

He’s clearly agrees with other Democrats. There’s nothing wrong with that if you like those policies.
Likely he also agrees with some Republicans, thus many support his candidacy as pointed to by Big Fin. His independence is defined by agreement with good rational proposals and policies, not lockstep agreement with party policies. That is the very essence of independence. Currently the quagmire of the economic, immigration law enforcement, national security strategy, puppet clowns-in-the-cabinet, and a myriad of other national problems brought on by the Republican Poorty naturally draws any sane, truly patriotic candidate more toward the ideas and policies of Democrats.

Solid episode. Montanans hate being bossed around by party machines, so seeing an independent like Bodnar draw real heat is pretty interesting. Public land and hunting access are always the ultimate litmus test out there talk is cheap until you see who actually stands up for public access.
Curious to see if people stick to party lines when they get in the booth or if he actually pulls numbers.

'Don't know where you vote ... but if Montana, don't be just curious ... vote for him!

Montana voters have always been way more independent-minded than most states give them credit for especially when public lands and access are on the line. If he's solid on access and not just playing party politics, he could definitely pull some serious numbers. Giving this a listen on my commute today.
