Just watched recent Rinella YT on screw worms......very disturbing.
With little to no real oversight or staffing by any US agency these days even more disturbing.
Just sent email to the folks at NM AG, where guy that gave talk works....only place in country doing so....disturbing.

Im working through the podcast now. Very fascinating while disturbing at the same time. With family members heavy in the cattle industry we were watching very closely last year as it was inching towards Texas.

The Sous Vide rewarming for frostbite bit at the begining was interesting too.

This thread had so much potential, but it's just about invasive agricultural pests that would crater our meat supply if they got established.
