Scope kiss

Well went to the range today with my son and he was initiated into the club of magnum scope creep.Cleaned him up and a few stiches later he is ready to go again. Been there done that!

danr55 It was a 7mm STW and yes he wasn't holding it tight enough off the bench. I am sure that will never happen again.

When that happened to my wife she was laying prone behind her '06. I knew it was gonna happen but she had to learn (I guess I'm a cruel hearted bastid). It nailed her good. she was a trooper and wiped the blood away and proceed to do the same thing. I had to stop it the 2nd time.

The very 1st time my wife ever went to the range with me, I got 'Kissed' on the first shot from my new 7mm Mag. She laughed her A$$ off !

Man, I remember being "nipped" the first time I shot my 7mag when I was a youngin...never did draw blood but it stung!
