Maybe next year I will whack him too. Saw another nice bear in the next clearcut. Not bad for a quick evening jaunt.

I chased his bumble butt up the hill trying to get closer for a good pic, but he took off. Then I went into the next clearcut which put me above anything there with the evening downslope winds alerting the whole clearcut to my presence. That blackie just sat there with gobs of grass sticking out of his mouth trying to figure out where I was. Then I flashed him and he pegged me. I love that little spot. Its sick with bears.
