Ryan Semerad (corner crossing attorney) on public land sell-off

I’ve been trying to get an answer on this and maybe we can get this in front of the right people with this thread

I called the region 5 BMA map specialist named Ian and he told me you corner cross via foot at the corner to access that SE portion of the private. But that section is bordered by 2 different private land owners. But he was wondering why I was questioning if corner crossing can happen.

Is this actually a case where fwp shows it’s legal to corner cross?

There is another region 5 map in 540 that’s the same way where you can only access via corner crossing. I called fwp last fall about it and they sent me up the food chain ultimately with no one giving me an answer.

He needs 6 more messages. Could just go post the same thing in a few more threads 🤣

The land is BMA on both sides not private. You just need to sign into the surrounding BMAs and corner crossing is not an issue there
Rick you’re wrong. The other bmas are inactive while that one is active. You would be trespassing going on the other bmas today, but not the one I posted.

I already responded to this same thing on a different thread….
And you are missing the point that what I posted is ACTIVE meaning anyone can go sign into it TODAY. the others are INACTIVE meaning you can’t sign into them or access them without being a trespasser. That’s why that map is so important and why I’m posting about it. It proves our tax money funds legal corner crossing through fwp

I’m trying to get my post count up.

Lmao it worked! Just do one more

Your reply to the first response made good sense. You only had to reply to the second one because you shared the same thing to two threads. The second one had some ALL CAPS… 🤣 I got your point. Send Elky a PM.
