A guy that comes into my work shot a good little buck in Oregon this year....5x6 ( not very wide or tall or heavy) but a cool looking buck at least

That's cool YB. Good to hear from you. I think I was fortunate to draw Oregon this year. The early rains made horn growth pretty good this year for most desert bucks. My buck was fairly young. Not much for body size on him. I was guessing 4.5 to 5.5 at most. Congrats to your co-worker.

Moosie - I'm game for some Idaho hunting. We'll get together. I think we may be able to find a couple forkies to fill the freezer with.

Ya, I hate that picture. I was in a hurry because of the time so I wasn't all pertied up. This was the only decent shot I got. I went in the next day and the pictures all sucked. Oh well.
