Here's some of the text.

Effective immediately, Ruger is ceasing production of its LCR, SP101, GP100 and Bearcat revolvers. The company plans to complete its final production runs of the following models for 2026: SR1911, LC Carbine, PC Charger, PC Carbine, LC Charger, Redhawk, Super Redhawk, Blackhawk, Super Blackhawk, Single-Series revolvers, Vaquero, No. 1, 77-Series rifles, Hawkeye and Ruger Precision Rifle.

Sh!t. I've wanted a GP100 and have never invested in one. This is just gonna drive the prices up.

Sorry to see it. Appears Gen X and forward don't care for those old revolvers
and you old folks aren't buying enough of them

Dang the Ruger Redhawk 44 mag, 5.5" barrel, is one of the best looking revolvers to me. At least I will be able to find it used down the road. IMG_1220.jpeg

Bummer. Surprised about the Redhawks - they seemed pretty popular.

I’ve got 2 Rugers. An SR45 that I’d sell in a heartbeat since all of my semi-autos are now M&P’s. And a Single Six revolver with cylinders for both 22LR and 22WMR that was my dad’s that I’ll never part with.
