Rotating posted pics?

What's the easiest way to rotate pics after uploading? Seem to see a few sideways pics on other posts. I'm kind of computer illiterate, wondering if they need to be uploaded somewhere else and edited first? All pics are right-side up when saved on my computer. Thanks.
