Saw this the other day. That shoulder blade gives me the creeps. I would be very curious to see what happened that got him to this state. No way is that survivable.

The margins are so clean...almost surgical. Definitely looks like something sharp. Combine is a good guess.

Something in there looks a little off color, maybe infection setting in. And he seems to be gasping a little bit, though who knows what he was doing before he was caught on video. I can’t imagine he’ll survive the winter that way, but you never know. I’ve seen some weird injuries that apparently healed fine.
