Well as always I cant say enough good things about the great folks over at ripcord, had a problem and needed a couple new parts so I called them up and they said "no problem" as always. so being in the same town (gotta love Montana) I swung by and they fixed me up with what I needed!
Make no mistake now this wasn't a product defect, just a part that was in need of replacement due to my use and they got me fixed up just like any company that truly stands behind their product 100%. as always I will continue to encourage Ripcord to anyone that wants a quality rest.
