Renee good resisted arrest and drove her vehicle toward an officer and struck him with it. She got shot in the face and as a result.

The other guy was probably a total idiot, as evidenced by protesting on behalf of a bunch of 60 IQ third worlders that are taking over his state an committing fraud, but he has the right to do it and the right to be there and the right to peacefully carry it an should not be shot for it.

Their headline is a literal telling of the facts. There's no sensationalism. They deported a man who served in the US military. It's not like the headline reads, "ICE deports national hero who served honorably." It seems like a lot to ask to have them avoid facts in the headline if the facts are inconvenient.

Pretty simple for a journalist to gather all the information or facts that led to the ultimate outcome of him being deported. Not real hard to get someone's criminal history. I've hired a lot of people over the years that I performed background checks on and I dont even have journalist credentials and connections. Simple fact is those facts were intentionally left out. Why? You decide that for yourself.

These arent hair raising charges by any means, but here are the facts: 2006 Case Involved a domestic dispute resulting in charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, and reckless conduct, for which he received 24 months probation. (Throwing pots and pans)

2007 bounced checks

2014 Removal Order Stemmed from a missed immigration hearing regarding the 2006 incident. His attorney stated notices were sent to an incorrect address.

2025 Arrest Pulled over for a traffic violation (no turn signal) in Conyers, GA, leading to the discovery of the 2014 warrant.

The court records show the notices were in fact sent to the wrong address. Im not a lawyer, but seems like he would have a pretty good argument that the warrant for him is not valid.

I dont really have an opinion either way on this man. At the end of the day he was an illegal immigrant. You can feel however you want about that and im not here to argue with anyone about if that justifies or doesn't justify deportation. But I do think CBS intentionally left out this information from their article.

Maybe I missed it in the video, but I don’t ever remember hearing the ice officers tell her she was under arrest.

This is problematic because as one officer was telling her to get out of the car (where she potentially doesn’t know she’s under arrest) and another officer is telling her to move, it’s disingenuous to pin this solely on her.

I don't get why people living here legally wouldn't bother to become a citizen after living here a long time unless they are trying to hide. They should at least become a legal resident and get a green card or at least start the process.

There's always going to be cops who make a mistake. They aren't robots. Not always, but a lot of the time the person being shot created the situation by not following orders.

Under Trump progress for immigrants to become citizens was stopped or halted. Under Trump, ICE has been very agressively trageting people doing everything right, but not yet citizens...for detention.

Any question about the legality of that is answered by the growing list of hundreds of judges orders ordering illegally detained immigrants to be released.

Its like your bank shuttering its doors and not accepting your mortgage payment, then taking your house because you missed a payment.
