Have a cow license for area in Rawlins. What are some of the best places to stay/home base? Hotels? ABNB? Probably late November.

If the Rifleman is still open, don't stay there.
Why not? Batmans supposed to have a sense of adventure.

Not quite the influential and prosperous company some folks keep in somewhere - say like white sulphur - but im sure the people at the rifleman are at least honest. Which is a lot more than some can say.

@Lab If Corky is in Rawlins, you can stay there rent free, in his head, like I do.

Whos corky?Might be a donor? Or another lobbyist that forgot to register?

@Lab most everywhere there will be fine after a hard day of late season hunting. Plenty of decent food and good people. Not exactly a podunk town like white sulphur or small towns in wy. I would worry about where i was hunting more.

the super 8 has continental breakfast.

done.

there's no reason to start a late season cow hunt round them parts earlier than 9 am

Stayed there in 2018, wouldn’t want to stay there again.
Plenty of other options in town.
