Rangefinders that don’t suck

I know several folks who have had issues with Sig. When they work, they are top notch. I've had 2 Kilo's now. The first one was a complete lemon and they replaced it. It took some frustrating conversations with their Customer Service Dept. though. My current version I've had probably 5 years now and has been fantastic.
I also have an older Leica 1200 which I absolutely love and have never had an issue with.

Have the same one from probably same year. Mine completely shit the bed this year. Can’t read display at all. Friend bought his same time I did and his also is no longer working. Almost like they were programmed with an end life setting
Pretty sure mine is the same model...so far it's been fine.

My Sig 2000 died last winter. Didn't worry too much as I had already purchased a Maven RF1. Other than size, the Maven beats the Sig in every way. But the Sig was good for a very long time. When it died, it just died all together. Totally blank other than one or two little pixelized marks. Tried multiple new batteries just in case.

Knowing the warranty was only for five years I think, I didn't think to call customer service. I still have it though. Maybe I should give them a call.

How many of these have ballistics on board and do custom profiles?

I have a sig 1400abs that I got cheap paired with a scope combo deal several years ago. Its been holding up but has only seen light use. Getting the drop and drift read out is the only part of it I'm attached to/ need in a next one.
