I was always a grilled halibut fan until I joined @BuzzH fishing in Alaska. He made Halibut Olympia one night and I was hooked (no pun intended). Served on wild rice with green beans to get my veggies.

Went on a car cruise today with the bike and one stop had big pork tenderloins. There's a Hunttalk approved plate under there somewhere. Best part? $10! I ate it down to where I could see the plate edges.
