Watched it tonight. If I could give it a double like I would. I’m guilty of doing a lot of fast forwarding on videos, not this time. Was totally mesmerised by this whole video. I wanted it to keep going.
I too heard the cranes - very distinctive call to it. We have a bird here we call a Brolga - very similar to Sand Hills - possibly even same bird.

Finally had time to sit and watch. Great film! I really enjoy these more cinematic stories that go beyond just the hunt. The passion of everyone involved really came through. Very well done. Congrats on the successful debut!

What a great film. It can really help a non-hunter understand the hunter's paradox, how can you hunt what you love? I'm motivated now to get up there and find my own sitka in a rain forest. The views alone will be worth the trip.
