Public Land Corsican Ram?

Hey yall! I came across this video on youtube the other day of this guy shooting 2 corsican ram on public property. I can't find the link to show y'all but, I was wondering if you need some sort of tag for that? Is it free? and if you have any pictures or any help finding them, much would be obliged. Thank You!

You sure they weren't Barbary Sheep? Never heard of Corsican sheep in NM, but I guess anything is possible.

Ive heard of a few ranches in NM that have exotics. Can’t remember where but I wanna say in or around the Burro and maybe another near the Manzano mountains. But not on public. Never heard of anyone taking a Corsican on public.

Don’t believe everything you see on YouTube. I am skeptical of any exotic non-game animals taken on public land or videos claiming fair chase.
