Preventing scams: who do we contact?

If we think there's a chance that someone is a scammer, who do we @ ?

Just report it and in the text box put scammer

Me or @Cornell2012 can handle it.

Scammers have become the biggest PITA for forum owners. We have software that catches most of them, but some still sneak through. We want to know about them so we can toast them immediately.
