Possession Limit Question

So what about the spring snow season if you go over to South Dakota and come back with more then 12 snows you are in violation or is there a special reg for spring snows you can have in possession in your freezer. I might go this year, guys I have talked to have brought them back by the truck load, and grind them into sausage and jerky them. That's okay right????

Where can I find the code with definitions for small and upland game?

I sent an email to the F&G asking for clarification. I'm quite currious now... I dont' believe that your posession ends when you turn the truck off in the driveway.

It does in Idaho. Look at the definition in the Upland Game guide.

Does your state have any sort of declaration form for transporting game across state lines?

Used to have to deal with that when I lived in CA and went to AZ for upland game.

When you "gift" waterfowl, you must label as to species, date killed, your address and license number and state gift to Joe Blow from "You" and sign or you both broke Fed law....this is from my local azzhole Fed Agent and confirmed by my State Agent buddy.....
