Why don't one of you Idaho fellas tell about this story? Apparently a young man shot a Bighorn in the Hells' Canyon area with a muzzleloader at just over 200 yards, that makes a new muzzleloader world record?

Yeah, that unit is a bit protective. The FNAWS auction tag is only able to pull that one every other year.

If you look at the money from the FNAWS auction, you will see it is up and down, every other year, based on if that tag is legal for that year.

I was also thinknig about the scope thing on the black pownder gun. It IS legal during an Any weapon hunt but most illegal on a traditional season hunt. The draw tags like that you can harvest with anything (Within the scopes of legal weapons in idaho).
