Plate ‘em up

So I am thinking there are varieties of chorizo. I use this. Eggs, tacos and other stuff. Am I right?View attachment 409658

There are different kinds of chorizo for sure. It's sort of like saying sausage.

Mexican style is fresh usually bulk ground that we cook up and have crumbles in things.

There are dry cured chorizos that are similar to dry salami. Also smoked chorizo that is normally less spicy than the Mexican Chorizo.

Are you liking your new pellet grill? That was you a few weeks ago looking for info wasn't it?
Yep! I've only used it 3 times so far but I think it will be a good addition to my arsenal of outdoor cookery. This coming heatwave will probably mean using it instead of the stove. I just got some Hickory pellets from Bear Mountain and will compare flavor profiles with my offset.
