Big pain in the ass today loading pictures. Keep getting error message "The upload failed because the file could not be written to the server. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded." I managed to get this one to post finally, but tried several other different ones and they don't work.

From scratch, of course. Right down to deer.

They had a 16oz Snake River Wagyu ribeye in the clearance bin today for $20 (1/2 price). So I grabbed it and tried to dress it up a bit, but the plating was meh. Tasted good though.

Ribeye with grilled asparagus, shrimp and baby Bella mushrooms sautéed in a red wine reduction.
