Plate ‘em up

First I pounded out a piece of backstrap with a meat mallet then cut into around 1in strips. After that Flour, egg wash, seasoned flour then into the grease at 350 till they start to float.
Similar process. I think I just get the oil to hot.
 
I made 2 corned beef’s in the last week and both turned out like garbage. I don’t know how one can screw them up in a crock pot but I managed to. Both came out tender, but rubbery and bland as helll
