Plate ‘em up

Last nights dinner.
Spinach, onion, parmesan, and mozzarella all rolled up into a beautiful loaf of ground pronghorn and elk.
Going to try and whip up a balsamic reduction tonight that should works well with it.
Holy smokes that looks good. Seems easy too! whats the steps to the balsamic reduction?

That looks awesome! I’ll have to give it a try.
Here ya go. Forgot to grab mushrooms, but it calls for them as well.

Super easy.
Throw some balsamic vinegar into a pan and bring it up to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and let it simmer and thicken for about 15 minutes, stirring as you go. It's ready to go when it starts to stick to the stirring spoon. I should have made it in the same pan I sautéed that the onions in to get some little onion chunks and flavor, but I was juggling a bunch of other stuff while I was cooking.

Thank you! I’ll be trying this!
