Combination of this and the smoker thread. Baked venison mostaccioli with smoked mozzarella mixed in and topped with regular Italian cheese. Pretty tasty! Sorry for the lighting. Sitting in the Lay-Z-Dave watching the race.

Traeger roasted wild pheasant and blue grouse. Excellent. Pheasant was slightly better than the blue. Wife and I each found a #5 bismuth in the pheasant.

Big snow and cold front hit Oklahoma this morning. Stuck in the house with my wife, mom, and kids but eating well. Knew I'd be feeding a few people come lunch today. Started this deer neck quesabirra yesterday at noon was just right about 24 hours latet.
