Yes the slow cooker with green chille salsa and beef broth for around 5 hours on low.

I used Chef Jean-Pierre’s recipe. Your cardiologist might advise differently…

Basically it’s a mushroom cream sauce with Italian sausage.

Wild game night is on.

Bear jalapeño poppers



Sliders of various animals and homemade buns.



Fondue with various game meats and dipping sauces. They will be boiled elk broth.

Wife wanted breakfast, so cooked her our standby. Elk, potatoes, & eggs.




For dinner I braised a whitetail front shoulder and made a gravy with the braising liquid. Pretty tasty.
