Ya kinda brutalized it with too much parmesan. LOL

Kinda reminds me of guys that say " I love bear meat" and then tell you they turn the whole thing into sausage instead of eating steaks.

Just kidding around...of course eat as you like, it just struck me as a mouthful of parmesan and very little antelope coming through.

Venison Italian sausage “burger” with peppers, onions and mushrooms (didn’t have any hogie rolls to do it right, so had to improvise). With “double fried” garlic-Parmesan fries.

Yep and sometimes green beans. If the kids and wife are gone I’ll throw jalapeños in it too
