Plate ‘em up

Elk tartare (made with backstrap trimmings) on top of a horseradish creme fraiche on toasted sourdough.

A buddy sent me this recipe claiming it was amazing and I made it as an app before serving elk tenderloin to friends - it was the crowd favorite! Turns out our friends are foodie enough that raw game meat doesn’t faze em 😆

Recipe if you please cause I'm with @Wildabeest on this one

Prefer my fish/seafood cooked, excluding oysters. To me most raw fish honesty dosen't have much taste one way or the other. But my wife and daughter absolutely love it.
California rolls weren't too bad. Might have been the Sapporo though. mtmuley

California rolls aren’t really sushi. 🤮 I can do without all the rice that most sushi is loaded up with. Just give me some good quality ahi tuna or salmon, sliced properly, and a dipping sauce of soy, a little sesame oil and some wasabi, and I’m good to go.
