Plate ‘em up

Onion, garlic, oregano, big mess of crushed red peppers, diced up cherry peppers and roasted red peppers, crushed tomatoes, capers. Simmer it all up add shrimp, green onions and parm and devour. Serve with rice and or bread.
Try it over a bowl of southern grits!
 
My Wife has been trying her hand at making me various Korean foods. She has done spicy cucumber salad (Oi Muchim) and various other Korean side dishes (Banchan). Yesterday she made some spicy daikon radish (Kkakdugi).

that put me in the mood for a Korean style meat to go with them. I had a feral hog rear quarter that I had marinaded (jalapeno butter) and cooked on my hog cooker. She took the leftovers of it, marinated it (soy sauce, gochagaru, Gochujang, garlic, bit of sugar, etc) and seared it a fry pan. She cooked me some sauteed bok choy as well.
