Not really. I just dipped them in the batter I had left after I did the fish. Some of them rolled over on their own but some I had to hold down to cook the tops.

Found a box hidden in my freezer. DEER MEAT! Struck gold with a package of backstrap so I wrapped it in bacon and grilled it. Beef flavored rice-a-roni for a side.

Backyard stuffed peppers. Marinara and peppers were out of the garden, ground venison came from the hay field behind the house.

Awesome. I have been heating our house and feeding, well fed since they are out now and on their own with wood and critters for a long time from the same mountains. mtmuley
