Pharmacist in Texas piney woods with a new rifle Problem

Purchased a new Way 6.5 rpm. Mark 5 classic. Sighted in, killed some hogs then started having problems ejecting a chambered round. Shooting factory 140gr hornady. Sent back. Told bolt face was slightly out of specs. Got back. Resighted, killed a deer and in leaving hunt it does it again. Lots of carbon build up noted on cleaning, no visible issues, happens more as rifle gets cold . Any suggestions?_

I assume thats a Weatherby? I feel like I have seen a lot of people with issues ejecting a spent shell. Not sure what the issue is, however.

Shell is live round. No scratches or scuffs excepting very end lead tip on tornado interlocks Rifle is extremely accurate my son an I shooting 2 round all holes touched

No but only,tip shows anything and its soft lead
