idaho has them , i have some friends that go over there to otc whitetails about every year, my home state of oregon, blacktail is all otc for the entire west side of the state. oct 1 till nov 4 this year, alaska is otc blacktail also i believe

Non resident antlerless whitetails OTC in Kansas. Either sex (or "buck tag") is on a draw for nonresidents

Missouri archery, rifle and muzzy or as they call it now alterntive season are otc. We have a two buck limit. Changed just this year from 3.

Montana is 100% draw on deer combo for now , in near future I think it will no longer be sure thing as interest has gone up

Did not realize all the states that have OTC deer tags.Always had to apply for any western hunt I went on. Going to start looking for a hunt where I can get an OTC tag.
