Okay, so the title would make most folks think elk steak and dungeness crab, but what you see before you is blue grouse and crawfish. My son wanted to go catch crawfish today, so we headed out to the Clackamas River for an hour or so. The little buggers were not that cooperative, but we managed to catch enough to complement the blue grouse breast we shot yesterday. I must say it was quite delicious!
