Yeah, great for those 15 years younger than me, single, and from the looks of it, a foot taller.

You dudes who watched the whole thing w/o fast fwd are half gay. If you fast fwd'd to the dancin' dudes you are 100%.:D

Just an update on Breeja- They were in Tennessee for a few days before flying over and the coach had her do a 1 length push and she equalled her best at 34 seconds. The coach was not all that impressed. They then left for France where they trained most of the time and the coach had her repeat it to see how the travel affected her since she has never been out of the country and when she looked up he was gone. Come to find out he was showing anybody he could find her time of 32.6. In a 50 meter breaststroke 1.4 seconds is HUGE. She is having the time of her life, confidence is sky high and she is ready to swim, not intimidated at all. My son got there this morning and is excited to see her. There is a facebook page on all the athletes and their insipration to get where they are. You can vote for your favorite story. I could care less about voting for the story but Breeja's was special to me because she named my son. It made me really proud of my son. If you get a chance to read it(Breeja Larson) you'll see why. She swims the first of the week and if they put her in the relay that will be a week later.
 
Do you happen to know when tv channel the first swim is for Breeja?

Ive done searches on directv and its a pain to figure swimming, usa or other, event type, men or women.
 
They interviewed her on the BBC, i didnt realise she had only been swimming in competitions for 3 years, she has done really well, as you probably know she came 2nd to your other swimmer called Soni, and they are in the final tomorrow.

This is shaping up similar to the NCAA and the trials. A very good first swim, an ok semi, then----?
She is a big race swimmer, ice in her veins. I don't know if she will win it but I do believe she has a chance. Soni will not underestimate her this time!!! The final is tomorrow night. it will be on TV delayed as they are 7 hours ahead of us in Idaho.
 
She is a very cool young lady. Watched some of her pre olympic and current press interviews...she is very together and humble. Awesome story. If she wins, she will be among the top stories of the games....and rightly so. Can't believe how briefly she has been competitively swimming.
