Oklahoma May have limited Elk, Muley, Pronghorn opportunities but if you’re into Paddlefish come on down. Marcus come on! See the screenshots of the ODWC press release showing 4 rod and reel world Record fish caught this year!

Huh, I was under the impression that this was only a spring thing. Sounds like you can do it this time of year, too? You've got my attention.
 
I was processing caviar in North Dakota when what woulda been the new state record was snagged a few years back. The angler wait to have his fish cleaned for some time. When he got to the scale they realized what the angler had. The angler didn’t want to run the fish to other scales cause he’d waited long enough to get it processed. Same fish all three photos.
