I think will be a bit tougher to get. The U.S. economy has improved and over the last couple of years I see more non-residents and residents applying in the draws. Just my observation and hunch.

I would also agree with LopeHunter, as the cat is now out of the bag regarding that tag as a second choice and I wouldn't doubt that even more may try getting it that way to save their PPs.

Will probably go first choice now, being lucky twice is probably pushing it. Anyway need to save my luck for the mountain goat draw!
