Here is one I had a long time ago and my wife just found it again.
It is a great pie, kinda like nut pie, but not nearly as rich.
It would be a great addition to your Christmas dinner.
It also goes well for breakfast if you put ice cream on it, kinda like milk and cereal...
Oatmeal Pie
2 Eggs
¾ cup dark Karo syrup
½ cup coconut
¼ cup melted margarine/butter
1-cup sugar
½ cup evaporated mild
1½-cup oatmeal
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Mix together, fill pie shell.
Bake at 350 deg. For 45 minutes to1 hour.
