The info is correct, game meat is full of cholesterol...but way, way, way lower in fats.

No wander why my cholesterol is so high But now is that the good cholesterol, or the bad cholesterol that these studies are showing

The fat we eat kills us a lot more than the cholesterol we eat, so game meat is superior there. I'll get back to this, let me go ask the docs here at the medical school, who know a lot about this.
