It's my first time applying for Wyoming Elk. I want to put in for the regular draw, but I'm not seeing that. I see special draw and full price. Is full price the regular draw?

I withdrew an app after the quotas came out last year. Got refunded after the draw.

You don’t get the processing fee back and pref points are not lost unless you draw a 1st choice and not gained unless you buy separate after the draw when points open up.
