Wild Turkey Strips

Turkey Breast (boneless, skinless)
Salt and Pepper
Eggs
Milk
Flour
Oil

Take one side of a turkey breast and slice across the grain in strips approx. 1/2" thick. Season with salt and pepper. Mix a couple eggs and milk. Flour turkey strips, then dip in egg mix, then back in the flour again. Heat oil in your cast iron skillet to 375 degrees. Fry. That's it.... We like to dip in BBQ sauce, honey mustard, white country gravy, or whatever floats your boat. Nice and simple...Enjoy!

Tip: Tonight I used a young tender bird from one of the Jennies I took this fall. These are better for frying than older gobblers we take in the springtime.

Dana, if you keep posting these kind of things, I am thinking I will gain an extra layer of insulation this winter.

Looks like a good thing to try with most any type of lighter meat.
