northwest iowa turkeys

hi guys i live in northwest iowa............we have a feed plot with like 15 miles of forest around it..........we own 3 of the fifteen......we have seen some turkeys so we decided to hunt them......we got three the first day....after that i have brought my bro on turkey hunting trips twice in our land........we have not even heard a gobble....we havent seen any either...the three we got the first day were three really nice toms......anyone know what happend to the turkeys??

They might have finally decided to split up and spread out. You might have helped them do that.
