I have been trying to figure out which state to take my younger brother hunting this year. We are debating between wyoming and montana. The problem is we would be going the end of November and each have 1 wyoming point so it looks like region a is about our only option in Wyoming. We have hunted montana and got some spots figured out but with the montana licenses costing him $380 more than wyoming is it worth it? We would like a chance at mule deer but would be happy with a nice whitetail.
