That's the point. That's why you don't see these made-for-tv all-out assaults in swing states or red states it's because they're massively unpopular, bad for business, the residents hate them, and they aren't actually effective at deporting the worst-of-the-worst, which is the stated goal.

I spent too much time in California, New Mexico, AZ, TX, where similar such services were numerous. Cant bring myself to wax a car anymore and we have a shortage of folks interested in such service in MN so my vehicles now go unwaxed.
