Has been used as a hunting "club" for several years. Just found out it can be bought at a very, very reasonable price. Has power, well, phone and high speed. I live next door and sure would like to see some serious hunters go in on this place. It would be a fantastic rental during the hunting season. If you needed help managing it, the wife and I would consider doing it. First price that I heard was 100k. Was told that it has come down a bit from that. What it can be bought for is between you and seller.
I have no stake in this place at all and in fact have never met the owner. Was told by club members to have any serious lookers call the owner. This is really a pretty unique property for someone who loves hunting up in this area. 49 miles on the "good road" to Winnett, or 38 miles on the seasonal short-cut. The first 22 miles of the good road are gumbo but you will get on the gravel out by Crooked creek road.

You are sorta right about that, 2 guys per room times 7, plus 4 or 5 racked out in the general area and you could easily have up to 20 guys in the place at once.
Or look at it from a business view, if you rent each room at the low price of 50 bucks per nite times 7 you could be seriously recouping your investment thru the season.

Yes, it is ten miles south of the crooked creek ramp. You can take a small boat from this place to the ramp via the musselshell.
