Just introducing myself. Avid Big Game hunter from SE WA. I apply for and hunt as many western states as I can. Mule deer are what I love to chase the most but will chase elk on occasion. I have and use horses when I can to pack in, but do not base my hunts just off of being able to pack in.
I have a young family and as I my kids grow up it becomes more important to me to pass along the tradition and spend time hunting/outdoors with them versus calling it a successful hunt just based off of filling a tag.
I hope to learn from others experiences and read about their hunts & stories on this forum.
