Last year I was still shooting my Hoyt Nitrum from 2015. I had noticed it seemed to be a bit loud, and couldn't;t figure out why. I decided to check out the new line ups and ended up with a Lift 33. What I noticed about the newer setups is: #1 they are typically a little quieter. I shot the flagship line ups, and they were all an improvement noise wise. #2 I think they are all a bit smoother and have just a little more "shootable". #3 they tune and hold their tune easier. I really like the bridge lock design on the lift with my sight locking into the riser, and the clamping system for the rest. 2 weeks of backpacking my bow on a horse during my elk hunt can knock my rest or tune out alignment, and this year after beating up on it during my elk hunt it held it's tune. I think getting a new bow every year like some guys do is silly, but it seems like every 10 years there are enough improvements to justify the expense. Just my own 2 cents.
