Took me a while to find what I want. Eventually ended up with a .270 Tikka with walnut and left hand to boot. Apparently they quit importing in 2012 and found one locally. Topped with Vortex Viper 4-16x44. Pretty pleased thus far now to break in. Mainly archery hunt but kind of excited to start rifle hunting again.

Beautiful rifle! I shot a .270 from when I was 13 till about 21 and shot many elk with it! Really hammers em with a 140 grain trophy bonded tip

That looks like a fine rifle. My BIL has the same scope on his .30/06 and really likes it.

Mainly bought for bear but like the all around versatility of the .270. Not a long distance shooter by any means will most likely only use out to 300 to 350.

What load are you going to shoot?

140gr Accubond is about as versatile as a .270 can get, IMO.

Beautiful and lefty to boot. I shoot 130 Nosler Partitions in my 270WSM. You did good !!
