Nevada Antelope?

That's it Randy, mine was not as heavy. Trying to find my photo file to post a pic. I was in unit 32 also.
Be sure to have plenty of fuel, ice, extra spare. Some very remote areas. I have given info to a couple of folks already. However if anyone would like general info send me a PM. Happy to help. Had several help me last year.

Should be an excellent hunt! As mentioned above make sure to bring an extra tire (or 2). The obsidian can eat them up! I'm somewhat amazed they have the season so early when the temperatures are so toasty. Things can spoil pretty quick when it's 100 to 104 degrees every day like it was on my hunt. I would also advise a large cooler similar to the one in the photo above so you can get your entire antelope inside. Bring lots of water and ice! There are hardly any trees for shade. You may also want a fairly stiff soled boot. The volcanic rock beat my feet up pretty bad. Good luck!

Nevada antelope

I've had three antelope tags in Nevada and never had a bad hunt yet.
I find it's a fun and relaxing hunt, you get to look at a lot of animals and
be choosy about which one to take.
The 5 year waiting period is a bummer though. But I guess that is why we have
such good antelope hunting to begin with.
Good luck on your hunt. The area around the Sheldon produces some very good
animals.
