Need good trout recipes

Most time throw them on the grill wrapped in foil with butter, lemon, a little seasoning. Medium heat 6 min per side for up to say, a 12 incher.
 
I will only eat trout form specific waters, as like has been stated before fresh planted pale whit trout are awful. I usually fillet and then season with butter, garlic and a little lemon pepper. Powdered ranch dressing also tastes pretty good. We have also cooked fillets on a rock seasoned with sour cream and chive potato chips and that was good. THe weird thing is I have not met a salmon I do not like just crappy planter trout.

I much prefer Walleye, Perch, Bluegill, Catfish..I need to try bass some day.
